  Normally very nice but there is one lady that works there tall glasses could have offered to print out return label. Didn’t even ask me and I would have paid for it to be printed it’s just the fact that customer service didn’t seem to be important to even think of asking.

  Whoever the owners of this store are hire super efficient, kind and helpful young women!! I came in a bit ago with a return to the Masters Merchandise store in Augusta, Georgia - a nerve wracking experience in itself, if you know anything about the expense and overall value of this merchandise and where it comes from. I was helped by "Caraleena" and she made the return as smooth as possible. She made two copies of the original receipt for me gladly and ensured that I had purchased insurance for the value of the contents and then taped it up securely and allowed me to screenshot the outside of the package as well as the return label before I left. Thank you so much Caraleena for going the extra mile for me! You made my day!! :) Keep "doing the right things in life." God will bless you for putting others first in a world where everyone, is out for themselves.
