  Just walked into subway. Wanted to get a philly. Guy at the counter tells me its extra for cheese when the sub comes with extra cheese. I told him to add banana peppers and he said we dont take add-ons… i never walked out a place so fast in my life. As a former subway worker & consistent customer to subway… i know you can put add ons… You wont see me here again.

  Owner is soooo rude. Owner made the food and it was wrong!! Sandwich’s were made wrong. I highly recommend the Bay Village or North Olmsted Subway. Stay away from here!! Horrible food quality. Horrible customer service!! No toppings on my sandwich and pod for extra meat which was not given… I wish I could give negative stars because that is what this place deserves!

  Since they changed ownership the service went down. It is sad sometimes to look them while they are making sandwiches and the end result is always different. The only thing that you can count on is that their smart phone is in there back pocket and it is blipping like crazy.
