  This location has failed me the last 3 times I have tried to order here. Starting with the fact that the cashiers do not understand how to use the register. The 1st time this happen no one in the restaurant spoke english or how to use the kiosk so they asked us to place the order online or using the app. It was late at night and I had just returned from taking my grandfather to the emergency room so major inconvenience so I just left. This happen a second exact same situation and neither time was there a manager on duty. But the second time I went ahead and place the order online. Only to find out that when I place the order while sitting in the store I chose the wrong location on the exact same street. They would not honor my order and when I called the other location they too did not have a manager that could process my refund. Today there someone could take my order but seemed confused. And when my order came out it was not done right. Chicken was under cooked and fries were missing and this location always seems to be out of sweet tea. They did remake my order and corrected their mistakes but what already took longer than needed took an additional 25 mins. As well as they had their own music playing in the kitchen. The kitchen is a open concept so the music was clashing with the music playing in the restaurant and just created chaos of noise.

  First time trying this place. Ordered a combo which comes with wings, fries and a 20oz soda via DoorDash. Order cane missing both fries and drink. Just careless.

  The wings are always freshly made and hot and juicy when they come out. The counter staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Finally, the food is a good value, which is an increasingly rare thing these days.
