  I had been dreading taking my autistic kiddo to get his passport photo taken, but I finally couldn't wait any longer. I took him to this location and Jo was great with him! She was kind and patient and had a great attitude. It took a couple of attempts to get it right, but she remained positive and had a sense of humor. She assured me that if the photo wasn't accepted I could come back to have it retaken or get a full refund. Service was as quick as could be expected, even though they were a little busy at the time. Thank you for turning this chore into something that was painless and even a little fun.

  Every time I come to this location, I have a bad experience! Courtney is always rude and she always mixes up my packages which is very unprofessional.

  Oh my goodness! My experience at the Westerville location was wonderful! Chelsea took care of me immediately, was super accommodating and super friendly, had no trouble completing my project, and had it ready at the appointed time! I will add this about Chelsea… There was an elderly lady who came in to print some copies in the self serve area. This individual was not familiar with how the machines worked and asked for help. Chelsea came out immediately. I was able to overhear the exchange. She was so kind and so patient and so very supportive of this rather lost individual, trying to use technology she was not familiar with. I was very impressed with that! That is truly going the extra mile in customer service! Way to go, Chelsea!

  Just needed a document printed. Uploaded the doc from my phone to their website. They sent me a code. Went in and used the self service printer. Quick and easy.
