Went in on 06/15/26 to order dinner for my family. I had two separate orders. Order 1 (2 footlong subs). Order 2 (Footlong sub meal). They were out of lettuce. The bread appeared dry and over baked. Visible burnt areas on the bread. The deli tins were empty and only had a few toppings left in them where they had not been stocked. After the subs were toasted and ready for toppings I was told that the “sauce” must go on first because it’s “the corporate way and less messy”. Mind you “Jack” just threw the toppings on my sub and when it was all said and done and he closed the sandwich the meat and toppings were hanging out of the sandwich, my bread was now soggy and the sub was wrapped with the tissue inside out. Is this “corporate way”? … I get to the register and I present my coupon for the two footlong subs and pay. I then present my coupon for the second order with the footlong meal. “Logan” tells me he can not accept my coupon because the barcode is missing. Obviously there was not a barcode on the coupon and it was not intentionally cut off. I asked Logan to honor the coupon or change the order. Logan tells me that the sub has been made and I have to pay for it. I only asked to change it to 6 inches. Logan proceeds to patronize me and explain to me step by step how the coupon is applied in a way you would explain to a child. I know how coupons work. I am college educated and don’t need a 20 something year old explaining how a coupon is scanned, applied and the total is discounted. This was uncalled for and not amusing at all. I did not want to pay 12.00 for 1 footlong sub when I had anothet coupon for 12.99 so I asked them to make another footlong so I could complete my transaction. He rings it up and hits cash instead of card. He then asks me to pay cash. I explained that I did not have cash. He then had to call his manager on the phone who was not present in the store to fix the issue. He then proceeded to once again patronize me and explain that I was not overcharged and I was only charged the 12.99. I never said a word about being overcharged; I was looking at the receipt for names, because neither employee was wearing a name tag. It really annoyed “Jack” that he had to make another sub, because “ he didn’t come to work to work”. He once again threw together my footlong sub with no respect for quality or presentation, let alone how it would taste. Then bagged and took all of my subs and pushed them across the counter. Then he sat there with his arms crossed and “Logan” sat there and kept running his fingers through his own hair. No Thank You have a nice day nothing! I asked for both of their names and left. I will not return to this store. The way that I was treated as a regular customer was disgusting! These two boys need to be retrained in customer service skills, food prep/food quality, cleanliness and food handling! Tell me “corporate “ is this the way you train your employees and retain customers?…
