  Owner handled discrepancy extremely unprofessionally, I speak on behalf of myself and myself alone. My constitutional rights are still reserved for me. I was going to delete my review entirely, but received a very concerning email from the owner of the store. Instead of kindly letting me know that this was not the West Chester location in which I had an issue with they used my position to try and get me to delete my review, which, I had deleted before reading the email because I discovered my package was sent from a West Chester ups location to veho instead of usps for delivery. The owner looked me up, researched me, and bullied me through a government email to have me delete my review instead of responding to my review using my personal account that this review is actually tied to. I'm sure it's a great location, but beware if you have concerns as that was a very concerning response. The email stated I had no issues with their employees so I needed to delete it, but now I actually do have an issue with someone there. So unprofessional, invasive, and creepy to go this far and try to silence my constitutional rights. Thanks for responding with your invasive response. Again, it said West Chester. I deleted my review and you're posting the original review in your reply after asking me to delete it when I already had. Wow. What do you want? Deleted or not? Back down stars. If you APOLOGIZE for mishandling this then Ill delete this one. I DID mention it came from this location or somewhere-abouts in West Chester in case there was a misunderstanding of the proper West Chester location that clearly mishandled my package. Simply say "I'm sorry for googling you and using your business and seat against you, I just wanted you to know that you misunderstood that this was not the location you had an issue with" Your choice. 5 stars so their rating doesn't go down.

  I received a package from this location delivered to my address about an hour away. Per the tracking information it came from West Chester, according to USPS it was supposed to be handed off to them to be delivered and never was. Unfortunately, it was delivered at 10:30 at night in an unmarked vehicle. I have called the 1-800 number and nothing has been resolved. This package was not only delivered in an unmarked white 4-door sedan, but UPS is completely unwilling to take any ownership over this situation. They were shining bright flashlights on my door and through my windows. We thought somebody was trying to break in. Not only is it unprofessional to deliver a package this late in an unmarked vehicle, it is also unprofessional for UPS to not take any kind of responsibility and could put their drivers at risk. It is unfortunate that it came from this location or somewhere-abouts in West chester. I will continue to push this through until it is resolved. Springfield UPS called me denying all responsibility. However, per my tracking is very clear that it was in West chester and then came out for delivery leaving no trail behind for any other location. So, the information I have holds this location responsible. Do better.

  Kurtis, the store manager helped me to finish a business plan - he added structure as well as visually pleasing organization of the information for this prospectus! I've received compliments from everyone with the final product! Thank you very much Kurtis - Taylor Gibson

  Hi Franklin, use the UPS store in Westchester Ohio in The Plaza at Wetherington When I The employee Missy was so happy and smiling it actually made my day. It was so nice to see somebody at work With such a sunny disposition.
