I had a great experience at this FedEx Office. The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. He checked on me while I was using the self-service copier to make sure everything was going okay, and later helped me send some important documents internationally. He carefully confirmed the complicated Japanese address with me, explained the shipping options and cost before proceeding, and was very patient with my limited English. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful international shipment so easy. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

Ordered four tires only two showed up. they lost the other two. the company sent two more tires only one showed up. FedEx is the absolute worst place to use for shipping needs.
