  I ordered two Footlongs online, and both sandwiches were completely dry because they had no sauce, even though I specifically requested it in my order. It ruined the sandwiches. Offering a Buy One Footlong, Get One Free promotion shouldn’t mean cutting corners on the ingredients. If customers order sauce, it should be added. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.

  Felt iffy ordering online from here again since the first time I did it they never gave me my extra pickles or mayo, but whoever made it today showed up and outshined my first experience! My sandwhich had tons of extra mayo and a baggie on the side filled with extra pickles! Bless whoever made this sandwhich I hope good things come your way.

  Had to work late got there at 8:45pm and they refused to serve me. All though they state they close at 9pm. If you’re gonna close at 8:45 change your hours. They could have definitely made me a sandwich with in the 15 minutes before they closed. Who has that crappy of a work ethic that they can’t make a sandwich in 15 minutes.
