  UPS store in Warren is great. But ups in girard are the worst in the world. Don't think it's an actual store or just a stop along packages route to its address? But, packages if they ever leave that spot, you can guarantee it will be days late if not longer....

  Was told to come here to get a copy of my utility bill printed for BMV, never had to do something like this before so was pretty confused. Line of at least 7 people ahead of me, but the employees got through everyone in about five minutes. Really helped me out and guided me through the whole process making it super easy. Very thankful to how great of experience this was

  We were shipping off a present for someone, and we had the displeasure of being cashed out by John. He was very abrasive in his approach, already irritated when I had walked up to the counter, constantly cutting me off in my sentences, talking over me, etc. It was a stark contrast from other shipping companies I've used. I felt completely unwelcome by John as he argued back and forth with me about my OWN address. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for wanting to bubble wrap the present since it was traveling across the country. Eventually, the female employee, (I don't know her name, she was taller, she had medium brown hair) ended up helping us. All of your employees should invite a welcoming environment for customers to come back, but unfortunately, you have lost a potential client.
