  The so called "manager" was rude from the first word. Then proceeded to talk trash to another customer. The short, heavy set person calling herself a manger needs to be replaced. From what another subway employee said, it's not the first time someone has complained about this same girl. To the owner: might not be much, but you lost two good customers and you better believe I'll be telling everyone about that "gem" you have working at the elm street store.

  Got a sub from here months ago and it was hours late so I gave them another chance recently and I got the wrong bread. Can this subway get it right atleast once? Only have issues with this location

  Stopped at Sunday on elm road There was no one at the counter. The worker came up front and asked how can I help you. I proceeded to give the order, and started with the sandwich. After just putting meat on the 1st on. I asked where was the rest of the bread. She looked at me and said, we close in 5 minutes and couldn't I see she was the only one working. Along with that she said there are other subways opened longer. The worker should of said something before starting the order. Let her know what was needed
