  Ordered a steak and cheese toasted! The steak was ice cold when i got it and i asked the lady did she toast it she answered yeah… Everytime i order through the subway app they give me trash this location is horrible

  I got the American club, and it was delicious! Everything was made to perfection and the worker was extremely polite. Even gave my baby a free cookie, they just had the best customer service! Would definitely give these guys 5 stars, and the place was empty so my food was made quickly, and the place was spotless. And I had my food to-go, I didn't dine in.

  The so called "manager" was rude from the first word. Then proceeded to talk trash to another customer. The short, heavy set person calling herself a manger needs to be replaced. From what another subway employee said, it's not the first time someone has complained about this same girl. To the owner: might not be much, but you lost two good customers and you better believe I'll be telling everyone about that "gem" you have working at the elm street store.
