It is 1:30pm on May 30th. I just left Subway. The wait and the line was long on top of a lot of online order tickets in between. There were only two people working, one making the food, one on the register. The one on the register was new and I overheard the trainer wasn’t there, however, it’s not that hard to read a ticket to see what veggies go on an order or ask people what they want on their sandwich. He didn’t even try to take initiative to help, just stood there. At this point you’re probably wondering “why did you give 5 stars?”. Well, I was impressed by the person making the food. The calmness under pressure, the ability to keep everything organized and spotless while still working at a fast pace, and the food was great. It was actually the best subway experience I’ve ever had. That person needs a raise. I hope my tip went just to them and not the person who just stood at the register.

We had an issue with the woman ringing up the wrong thing, we realized before we left the counter and asked them to fix it. The staff seemed extremely annoyed and almost as if their mess up was an inconvenience. They are very incompetent when it comes to customer service and the checking out process.

Prices have gone through the roof... I think the protein portions are getting smaller.... You have to watch how many vegetables are giving you cuz Im pretty sure they're counting them LOL
