  This UPS Store seriously deserves all five stars. I came in with a front-and-back print that had to be lined up perfectly, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was aligned just right. Caleb and Jessica were especially amazing—they took the time to test, adjust, and double-check until it was perfect. Honestly, every single person in the store was friendly and helpful, not just with me but with every customer I saw. This location has saved me multiple times with last-minute and tricky printing needs, and they never make it feel like an inconvenience. Reliable, patient, and genuinely great service. Highly recommend!

  The team at the UPS store in Wadsworth always goes above and beyond. Specifically at the beginning of Dec I had a business meeting where I needed a presentation printed quickly and the team worked hard to make sure I had what I needed in the time I needed it in.
