Horrible experience. One star only because there was one nice lady trying to help us.
We ordered tuna subs, and the woman making them noticed the tuna had black chunks in it and looked disgusting. She said she was going to the back to get fresh tuna, which we appreciated. While she was gone, a so-called manager stepped in and started making our sub anyway.
Instead of replacing the tuna, he literally rubbed the nasty tuna all over the bread. Super thin layer too We asked (calmly) if he was really going to use that, and he immediately got defensive and accused us of being rude. We were not rude at all—we were just asking a question about food quality.
Then he told us to leave the store, and we never saw the lady again. On top of that, he claimed Subway only allows 3 scoops of tuna per sub, which is ridiculous, and then tried to cover everything up like nothing happened.
Absolutely terrible management, horrible attitude, and unacceptable food standards. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
