    Waited in line for a long time while the kid made two 6 in subs for his classmates while they gossiped for well over 5 minutes while me and some poor man waited. Poor Meredith at Subway who people won't work with, she sounds like a horrible manager from what the kid was saying. When I told him I didn't appreciate wasting my time while he socialized he shoo'd me away, how disrespectful and disgusting.

    This was the worst experience ordering food that we have ever had anywhere. We placed 2 mobile orders. Both were done incorrectly. There was no sauce on subs, the toasted subs were close to burnt. Subs not cut. When there to pick them up I even asked if he remembered the sauce to which he stated yes. There was none. We waited for him to complete 2 of the subs and asked if there was something wrong as he was just standing there staring into space to which he said no and started talking about his mom’s birthday. When they were made(badly) he threw all 4 subs on counter and said have a good day. I asked for a bag as there were 4 subs to carry out and he got annoyed at having to find a bag. We will never be back again. Worst experience ever

    Horrible experience. One star only because there was one nice lady trying to help us. We ordered tuna subs, and the woman making them noticed the tuna had black chunks in it and looked disgusting. She said she was going to the back to get fresh tuna, which we appreciated. While she was gone, a so-called manager stepped in and started making our sub anyway. Instead of replacing the tuna, he literally rubbed the nasty tuna all over the bread. Super thin layer too We asked (calmly) if he was really going to use that, and he immediately got defensive and accused us of being rude. We were not rude at all—we were just asking a question about food quality. Then he told us to leave the store, and we never saw the lady again. On top of that, he claimed Subway only allows 3 scoops of tuna per sub, which is ridiculous, and then tried to cover everything up like nothing happened. Absolutely terrible management, horrible attitude, and unacceptable food standards. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
