Personally won't go back the place is dirty the soda station is filthy and the produce looks like it's been out all day

I'm not sure what is happening at this Subway but it is no longer my go to for a good tuna sub. Twice in two weeks it went from bad to worse. The last one purchased 4-15-2026 was just awful and I could not eat the entire foot long. The tuna wasn't good and something about one of the vegetables had a sour taste. Not sure if it was the lettuce, the pickles or the tomatoes. Btw when the tuna is low and the bottom of the container has to be scraped with fingers...gloved fingers thank goodness.....it is past time for a new batch without the customer having to ask for it. The sandwich prep area and restaurant seating area was clean. The sandwich artists were friendly

I placed a mobile order for pick up at 11:00am at 10:15am. I arrived at 11:00am and the sub wasn’t even done. Whats the point of scheduling a mobile order 45 MINUTES in advance if it won’t be done on time. Completely unacceptable. The workers proceeded to continue accepting new walk in sub orders while I waited for my sub. The sub was not completed and handed to me until 11:10 am
