  Driver stopped to pick up a package that had been picked up 3 days earlier. Got rude with my wife and then got rude with me. I stayed polite until he got VERY rude. He acted like it was our fault somebody in their office messed up. Used profanity, had a hissy fit back to the truck (so loud I had several neighbors ask me what happened) slammed his rear door so hard it shook the truck then raced away, only slowing, not stopping, at the stop sign at the end of the street. This is a residential neighborhood with young children, who often play in the street. Fortunately, none were. After great difficulty, finally talked to a live person with FedEx, who said they would have the district manager call me back. I know multiple individuals that have filed complaints, some with property damage, and they never do. I have contacted the company that uses them for my bi-monthly medication shipments and have informed them that FedEx is no longer allowed on my property and to use another carrier. They declined, until I requested that they transfer my prescription to another that doesn’t use FedEx. At this point, FedEx drivers are persona non grata on my property. I should not need to endure this kind of treatment from anyone that represents a company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FedEx TO DELIVER MANURE, let alone anything important.

  Driver has taken my package out of the truck, placed it back in the truck and left 3 days in a row. 0 attempt to knock or make contact, i watched from the window as he left. Customer service was useless to resolve the issue, i have had 6 calls with customer service and each rep gave different reasons as to why my package is STILL not delivered, and if course everything happens after business hours so i cannot even arrange to pick the package up myself. I am stuck in package purgatory and it is maddening, if i could give 0 stars i would.

  This place sucks. They sign for packages themselves causing it to go missing or taken by others. Absolutely careless and disgusting
