  Won’t be back here any time soon. They now have electronic ordering, so you have to order at a monitor. There’s no going down the line. Apparently, since the staff no longer has to speak to you to make your sandwich, they don’t feel the need to engage in customer service anymore. They’ll verbally let you know they expect tips though - this is the only thing said to me. No hello, no thank you, just “tips are appreciated.” Sandwiches were OK, but the service sucked. Thank God Jersey Mike’s is opening right around the corner…

  Every table, seat and counter was dirty except what was roped off. All employees behind the counter horsing around. One of them barking like a dog. Good help is hard to find I guess.

  My sandwich came with blue threads of some kind, I am absolutely grossed out.
