  First, I got to the subway and waited 20 minutes while they took care of online orders. There's two people there you would think at least one would help me. Not even a hello or anything very rude. Then the lady took my order. Just a nasty attitude. No smile, no nothing. Try to make small talk. She totally ignored me when I couldn't hear something. She said she repeated it with a real attitude in her voice. Just totally nasty. The food was cold. Not to mention Subway has gotten very very overpriced and I can go to a regular restaurant for the price you have to pay here. This is not the first issue I've ever had with this certain Subway. Every time I go there there's always an issue with something and I have gone to other subways and it's totally opposite of this Subway. I absolutely do not recommend this Subway in Twinsburg. Surprise! It's even open anymore.

  Lady who made my food was soooooo rude for no reason kept cutting me off so a lot of stuff got missed and my sandwich was small. I'm not going to pay 16 dollars for two 6 inch subs for them to be made poorly and the lady give me an attitude the whole time. Slamming around my food aggressively wrapping it and the whole interaction was awful. I was in no way shape or form rude back I kept my cool and she's lucky. Promise I will never return don't waste you're time. Parking is absurd as well.

  This place is a scam. Sometimes it’s open on Sunday, and sometimes it’s closed, but the online service still shows the store as open. Once you place an order and go there, the store is closed, and they never return your money.
