  I had a recent experience where I made a purchase online and asked for it to be shipped to the Twinsburg FedEx store because I couldn’t be at home to sign for it. Not sure where it got messed up, but it was still being sent to my home on the day it was supposed to be delivered which I discovered when I went into the FedEx store. The ultra professional person working at the store immediately got online and fixed the shipment so that it showed up the next day at the store . . . she could not have been more professional or knowledgeable, and it was an absolutely excellent customer service experience. Bravo!!!

  The FedEx employee was very attentive. I needed to send a letter across country overnight and it was already after 5pm. I was so concerned that it wouldn't make it there but the employee had the patience to assist and help me get thatetter on its way. Would recommend.

  After receiving a picture texts message from the delivery person stating that my purchase has been delivered, and the picture is clearly not my home I tried to resolve my delivery issue with FedEx customer support which was nothing but pure aggravation !! They were nothing but a big scam and there delivery people as this is not the first time this happened to me with Twinsburg fedex delivery people a joke !! Evidently if there not sure of the right delivery location they delivery your purchase anywhere and then you have all the hassle of getting your money back !! Twinsburg fedex horrible....

  I don’t like the ground delivery because they take phony pictures with no address on big packages.
