  Every time I visit this location, it is the same frustrating experience. The store always seems to be understaffed, and getting assistance when you need it is nearly impossible. On top of that, many of the items I come in looking for are frequently out of stock. I understand that businesses can have staffing and inventory challenges from time to time, but when it happens consistently, it becomes a customer-service issue. Customers should not have to search the store for someone to help them or repeatedly leave without the products they came to purchase. Unfortunately, this has become one of the worst locations I’ve dealt with. Management really needs to address the staffing, customer service, and inventory issues. I would love to see this location improve, but based on my repeated experiences, something definitely needs to change.

  First, they’re open on the weekend. The staff helped me choose the parts I needed and when I got home they were right.

  I was impressed by the helpful nature and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and cheerful - I will be back. I even learned some things about car maintenance in general - I appreciated the instruction and advice!
