  We have been with cricket for years we have 4 LINES!! . On Friday June 12th I upgraded my iPhone 11 to a 17. The guy behind the counter kept asking for my number said it was ready to go. Get home and it’s not working right, on Saturday my husband calls from work because his phone isn’t working. The guy at cricket shut his phone off instead of my old one. Go back to cricket different person behind the counter he said easy fix. Which it wasn’t he made my phone my husbands “ secondary” line. Went back MONDAY different person AGAIN. They deleted his number from my iPhone 17 . Today is Friday June 19th and my brand new iPhone 17 STILL ISNT WORKING CORRECTLY!!! In all the YEARS we have been with cricket this has been the worst EXPERIENCE!!! Will be going back tomorrow and try again before I make them take this damn phone back and start fresh!!!!!!
