These people make the misery of returning packages and waiting in line just a little less miserable.

I walked into the store, unsure how to complete my product return. I stood at the "NEXT" sign for maybe 10 seconds before a clerk approached me, took my label, and asked me to follow him. I started to peel the old label off, and he said don't worry about that; he would cover it with the return label. As something happened at the machine... he said your receipt is at the bottom... just take it; the return was complete. Maybe took a minute. I sincerely thanked him and asked is that all. He said yes, and I was on my way. We had planned to be late to the next stop by at least 15 minutes...nope, we were early! Outstanding Customer Service.

The guy met me at the door, took my package, put the label on the package and said he would tape it up and ship it out for me

Walked to the door at 7pm and it was locked, I had two packages with return labels, they only had to scan them and be done.. they were STILL HELPING customers inside with the door locked.
I gestured to a man and he threw his hands up in the air at me. Another man came to the door and said the system shuts down at 7pm, and can’t help. But they were still helping people inside????
Terrible treatment. I will drive to a further location then deal with this place. In addition to this, I’ve had other experiences here with bad customer service.
To the man that threw his hands up at me, that was immature and you should reflect on how you should treat recurring customers.
It was really SHOCKING to see a lot of other 1 star reviews. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
