  I’m a very well-known public figure in Toledo! And I’m always shipping stuff out are always doing business or picking up Clothing that gets flown in! I was going to make a return. There was a very rude gentleman, a tall, white older guy. That was being Rude and a rush there was a line I have worked in service care! In customer service! And that’s not how you handle something! He was telling me that the package had to be in a box on unfortunately it did not. I went to Sylvania and they took care of it. Moving forward. I will be going to the Sylvania location. I do not recommend this location for anything! The owners of Sylvania or a franchise they’re wonderful people very nice! I will be contacting The chairman of, UPS!

  Not helpful if they had to actually do something. If their computer says you don't exist tough. You're are not customer. Out of luck. Account number doesn't matter. Your name isn't in the system.

  It says that they send & receive fax on the site but when I got to the location the lady in the store said they do not. So I'd like to know who is lying, the site & Google or the lady that just didn't want to do the service.
