    It says that they send & receive fax on the site but when I got to the location the lady in the store said they do not. So I'd like to know who is lying, the site & Google or the lady that just didn't want to do the service.

    The employees at the UPS store on secor and executive parkway are the best. They are always happy and willing to help you with any problem you have or just dropping off packages to be returned.

    Lacks some of the self-service kiosks at other UPS stores. Pricey charges posted for tape services and label printing.

    Always long lines and there isn’t any air on during 80 degree weather outside. Wait times are crazy long at this location.

    Old white dude who works here is rude as hell. Grumpy and just all kinds of pissed off. Dark skinned guy was a G tho.
