    Yesterday, which was June 10, 2026 I got a double meat tuna sub and what I don’t understand is I asked for a lot of banana peppers a lot of onions and then a decent amount of green peppers I had to keep explaining to him what a lot of banana peppers and onions were and then when we got to the green peppers, he puts like four little pieces of green pepper on there and I got so frustrated. I was like you know what I don’t even care anymore but then when I asked for a lot of mayonnaise, he puts a lot of mayonnaise on there and then I paid almost $20 for a double meat. Tuna totally not worth it horrible service I always tip whenever I go to restaurants even at Subway and I did not tip because of the service and the food.

    Ordered a Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken sandwich from the App because I had a reward to get a footlong for 6.99. I typically dont buy Subway because they're just not worth the money. I selected the default options for the sandwich, lettuce, cheese, red onions, tomato ect. When I got my order it was literally just chicken on bread. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they said the order came in that way and I was basically screwed. They would not fix it for me. I am so appalled by the lack of service, or the attempt to try to make it right. Subway just lost my business for eternity, not that that really hurts them, but my god Its embarrassing how bad they are as a company now.

    My husband did an online order and picked up a sub with nothing but bread and meat- no sauce, no cheese, nothing. He called to ask if they could correct the issue because his online order shows toppings and they said no. Terrible customer service and a lack of common sense to ask "hey, did you really want to pay $7 for cold meat and bread?".

    It was 9:45 and he refused to serve us! I feel like the General Manager should be aware they are turning away sales that equal money! I know I would not be happy with this poor services! It was actually embarrassing to be turned away while he was serving a guest in front of us! Do better!
