This was a negative experience for me multiple times. Do not order online if you want to make sure the right ingredients get put on your sandwich. They've made my sandwich wrong on three different occasions now. And this last time I had to go in for a remake took the cake. I came in initially and the manager directly blew me off. Fast forward we got a wrong made sandwich and asked for a remake. When I went in they listened when I visually saw them put the wrong cheese on. I caught it before she toasted it I asked for extra pickle and she put two slices on there. And lastly I asked for chipotle and I visually saw her put siracha creamy sauce on it ( I used to work at subway) this was unbelievable because when I told her it was supposed to be chipotle she argued with me and said it was (even after going in for a remake and trying to tell her what I wanted I can NOT enjoy my sandwich remake.) I'll never go back here and I'll steer everyone I know away. I'm highly disappointed with the service.

I love stopping for lunch at this location I go pretty often for the great tasting subs & great atmosphere will continue to go!! Keep up the hard work subway! The manager is doing a great job leading her staff & preparing

I can not complain about this store at all! This is the only subway I will go to ! They care about your food and put love into my sandwich’s! They’re always perfect 🤩 staff is always smiling and greeting and the manager is dedicated and puts allot of work into making the store great!!

My sandwich was awful. I asked for it not be toasted and to have light sauce on it. My sandwich was toasted and covered in sauce to point my bread was soggy. I called the store and asked for a refund. They don’t do refunds and they could remake my sandwich. The only reason I didn’t get a second sandwich is because I found something else to eat. I called the 800 number on the bottom of my receipt but there’s no option to talk to a customer service representative to potentially get a refund or some other compensation.
