I returned a package. Upon entering no one greeted me. No one told me there would be a wait time. However, I waited 10 minutes before being assisted. I would not recommend this location. The first impression is usually the correct one.

Used to go to UPS on executive parkway but they are grumpy there's a huge line always and they couldn't answer a question I was told to ask them from att business. Only take my business here since then they're always friendly hardly any wait and they all know what they're doing
