  I had an ignition coil that needed to be replaced on vehicle, upon calling to check for inventory, Tyler reminded me that I had a warranty on the previous purchase and that I just needed to bring in the one I removed to receive the new one. He was very helpful and made this transaction very easy. I had to return a few days later to replace a second one, unfortunately Tyler was not in and I can not that the older gentleman refused to speak to me to even get his name, overall he was NOT pleasant and took nearly 15minutes for the transaction despite me calling prior and the part already waiting at the counter for pick up . (The ignition for my vehicle are $70plus each and the older gentleman conducted a return transaction unlike the previous transaction I had with Tyler.)When I requested a receipt I was told I did not need it as he crumbled it and threw it in the trash. I hope that does not void my warranty or cause an issue if there is a future problem with the other two of the four purchased and that are under warranty. Having that said if you stop in ask for Tyler, he is the only reason I’m rating the store a 5 star.

  Went inside to get some anti seize, could not find any, ask the man behind the counter who really didnt seem to care or help me find it other than pointed the row and said all lubricants are in row 6. After 10 mins wandering around the store I just left empty handed. I've been to this store before and it was much the same, clerk does not care and unmotivated. Next time I'll try advanced auto.

  Smells GREAT in here, very organized and clean with very affable workers. Easy to exist in regardless of your experience level and many women work there so no awkward experiences so far. Only downside is some things are a bit more expensive there than auto zone, but they’re far and few.

  Always had a great experience with the employees. Just don't forget your receipt or your I.D. for a warranty replacement.... You will have to go all the way home to get them.
