  Had ordered from here and it was sloppy and unwrapped the first time, had them remake it and it looks like someone squeezed it. Yet again it was sloppy and when I called she said she watched it get made and guaranteed it was made exactly like it should be.

  I asked for my sub to be lightly toasted the manager was making my sandwich mind you and I get a rock hard sub! I politely asked if the bread felt hard and she said um no super soft actually while her male employee laughed 😳 I have low blood sugar and just needed to eat not be disregarded and laughed at! Horrible food and service would not recommend unless your a collage kid I guess.

  Ordered online this past weekend, asked for extras of some veggies. I counted two cucumbers, five black olives, four onions, one big piece of wilted spinach, and three pickles on a footlong. Then, upon walking through the door to pick it up, was greeted with a young man who rolled his eyes and yelled "online order?" and then proceeded to regard me like I was inconviencing him just by being there. If you're going to give attitude like that at least make a sandwich correctly. 🤷‍♀️

  Don't be shy when it comes to putting items on the sub. I would prefer to actually taste the items I ask for and not have 4 pieces of the item. Load the sub with the items the customer is asking for don't be scared.
