Went to Cricket in Tiffin because the online Cricket customer service was a waste of time. However: Katrina at the Tiffin store was Friendly, knowledgeable, and (unlike the online Service reps) very helpful. Fixed our problem Quickly and efficiently. Would recommend her especially and that store to anyone needing competent assistance!
