  The manager.Chad was phenomenal. You just cannot ask for a better manager that provides A+ customer service. You can’t ! He went so above and beyond what too notch Customer service should be. We spent a total of over 7 hours in his store he manages to deal with an Amazon and 3rd party seller return. This gentlemen Chad handled it with passion and care. He was to the point and went the extra miles to resolve the packaging issue with Amazon. What a great experience at the Tallmadge location. Chad needs a promotion!

  Went into this location to return an Amazon package. Waited in line a few minutes (was never greeted) and was asked if I was returning an Amazon package, if so there is a self service scanner if I did not want to wait. All was fine until the individual that came in shortly after me was instantly greeted and advised someone would be with them shortly. Unfortunate that this person only picks and chooses who to greet.

  Excellent speed of service, extreme politness, with me having mobility problems, even offered me a chair to wait until my transaction was finished & about 10 people in line.

  Anthony was amazing!! He’s the best and was very helpful!!! Made my first visit to the store easy which made my day! He needs a raise!
