  New owners and management. This location is a complete turnaround with the new owners. The location is always clean, food is very fresh, and well organized. They lowered the prices on the subs as well. Most importantly the service is outstanding, the employees show a sense of urgency, they get you in and they get you out quickly. Very professional and courteous!

  I went into this Subway on Tallmadge and was instantly impressed! The store was very clean, all the veggies and condiments were very organized, food was great, and the customer service was incredible. Sam was very helpful and very nice!

  Ordered two subs and some cookies. Everything was good. The story was very clean and organized. The subway employee was very nice and polite.

  I placed an app order of 4 footlong subs to be provided for people helping deliver a refrigerator. I ordered the subs as they were listed on the website. When I arrived, I requested lettuce/veggies on the side so the helpers could customize their sandwiches. The clerk was rude with her answer that the lettuce/veggies "needed to be ordered on the sandwiches". I once again explained why I needed them on the side. She reluctantly "agreed" to the side of veggies and would put them in a sub brown paper bag. Gross. I was told the 'bowls' are for salads only. She finally put the requested veggies in small beverage cups but only after she made me regret spending over $30 there.
