  Outstanding Customer service - frequent weekly customer at this location for years. Always have a good experience and all the employees are polite and work very hard to satisfy their customers. Having a customer service business like this can be challenging in today's world when unhappy immature irrational people come in looking for a problem. In reference to the recent Princess Dr Love review, when you arrived to this store, you had to notice how busy and how many customers where waiting in line ahead of you like myself. You walked in and went up to the counter bypassing everyone in line wanting to be served right then (must be a princess thing) and you were told by one of the employees that it will be a minute and will have to wait in line. Just because you didn't get your way and not didn't get immediate service ahead of everyone else, doesn't warrant posting a bad review against this employee and business and making it a color thing.

  Good customer service if you’re not of color. I received such unprofessional customer service from the white girl worker her body language and facial expression prepared me for the service I would receive, as soon as I approached the counter I was spot on!!! She was nice to all the white customers greeted them and even had small side conversations, but when I approached the counter she had a look of disgust and was hoping that I wouldn’t get service because I didn’t have ID, another coworker intervened, it appears UPS girl felt comfortable being rude and UPS girl was pleased that she didn’t have to assist me. She needs to realize she has a job because of paying customers regardless of race. I wasn’t going to write this review but I want other people of color to know that if you come to this location be prepared to receive less than professional service if the UPS girl is working!!! I believe ups girl may need sensitivity training when assisting people of color!!!!

  I always come here because it's not as crazy busy and the people are always polite. When it is busy everybody is still relaxed and patient.

  This location is extremely unorganized. They accept both Amazon and TikTok returns, but they do not properly match or label returned products with the correct return tags. I returned three very expensive items, only to discover two weeks later that two of them had been sent back to the UPS Store because the companies received completely unrelated products. My original return labels were apparently attached to the wrong items as well. This store desperately needs to be cleaned and needs a better system for processing and organizing returns. I will be out of town for the next several months and cannot return to correct their mistake. Now I may lose my money and no longer have the products. This is completely unacceptable.

  Ever since the cursed sylvania usps post office sent all our mail back without contacting us first or getting our consent. We have been looking for a new deceit and accommodating mail service. All preliminary indications are that this UPS Store located on Monroe St in Sylvania Ohio is expected to be much of what we have been looking and hoping for. Conscientious, attentive, quite helpful, efficient, caring, human, these are some of the exchanges that we have and are experiencing at this UPS Store location, thank you for your considerations.
