  My service tue evening of 4/24 was awful!! The guy working lacked customer service skills. I paid for 2 sandwiches but only 1 was made right. I was very polite but knew I would take this to corporate. If its one thing I hate is bad customer service. He showed no grace and lacks understanding from his customers. You should always go above for customers! This is how you keep business

  I have went there numerous times, several for company lunches . They seem like the customer is an inconvenience, not friendly at all. The bread seems to always be so hard and falling apart. From now on I will go else, where the customer is more welcomed.
