  Five stars all the way! There’s always another team member stepping in to help when one or more people are in line. I never had to wait more than a minute to get helped. They are efficient, friendly, and very conveniently located with plenty of parking. I love the fact that they have a notary And shredding also. Haven’t used those services but will in the near future. There’s also right by door parking in case you have a heavy large package.

  We've been using UPS stores, for decades, and they are always good. But, since we started using this store (when it opened, in earlyApril '24) our experience has been stellar! Brian, the owner, is the kindest and easiest person to get along with. Not just that, he's so organized that every service that we have used has seemed effortless. Brian also seems to be an excellent judge of character because his staff is as well tailored to the business as he is. They're certainly trained well, but you can't hide a bad attitude. I can say with certainty, I've never seen any sign of aggravation or displeasure in any of them. Not a single moan, sigh, or eye roll. In my experience, they're never short, and always helpful and friendly. This is nothing short of a miracle, in this day and age. We've probably used every service they offer, from multiple mailboxes, massive amounts of shipping and receiving, printing, signage, placards, and more. They're always on time and there's never been a hint of an issue. If Brian or team even mildly suspects there will be an issue, they're already working to solve it, before it actually happens. Not that anyone should expect this, but Brian once hand delivered some printing to our house in order to honor the promise that he would have it to us that day. Again, stellar, unusual, unheard of, incredible! Sincerely, R & K George

  I can’t say enough good things about the Sunbury UPS Store! Brian is always so patient, friendly, and helpful every time I come in. I unfortunately end up returning a lot of packages for my mom (and myself), so I’m there more often than I’d like to admit, and he never makes me feel like I’m a bother. No matter how busy it is, he takes the time to help, answers questions, and always has a great attitude. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Brian, for always making the return process quick and simple!
