  Olivia and Nataly were the staff working at the time of my visit. Unfortunately they did not provide good service whatsoever! The bread was burned, we asked for another and they stated they all looked that way. None of the veggies were fresh I asked for tomato’s and all they had were the ends of the tomato’s? We asked for fresh tomato’s and they had attitude’s. We didn’t get greeted upon coming in and they just had attitude’s unfortunately. Please avoid stopping in here, it’s just not worth it. I contacted corporate also.

  REENI!!! If you get food here; PRAY you get blessed with Reeni! Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving. I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!! THIS is what subway used to be & should be today. With Reeni there, I’ll always come back as a returning customer!
