  Terrible subway. Always only has one person working during the lunch rush and is always backed up. Worker insists restroom is “out of order”, but the door has been locked for over a month. We’re in here every week and always try to use it. They’re legally required to have one, so either way, broken or not, they’re in violation. Resturaunt with no bathroom. Makes sense.

  This location does not have a drink machine so you are forced to pay more for a plastic drink. I prefer fountain drinks. I asked for a cup of ice water and was told they don’t have ice water…..???? Rediculous.

  Bring back $5 footlongs if these are the portions you’re giving out. $23 for 2 footlongs, no drinks, no sides. And they wouldn’t take our paper coupon. No location near us accepts paper coupons anymore.

  I ordered tuna w/t-l-o and peppers I was lucky to have 2 teaspoons of tuna on a foot long the bread was try and the things non existent they do not answer the phone the worst subway in Strongsville
