I used the app, and it worked perfectly. Our subs were made as ordered. Very fresh and delicious.

Firstly the lady looked at me as if I was going to rob her. Then off the rip she told me she doesn't take coupons off the app. I showed her that it was NOT an online only coupon. She may be the owner, IDK. Her customer service SUCKS.

Horrible second time this place has messed my order up and u call to tell them and they ignore there phones but she’s sitting and not even busy first time sandwiches made wrong this time I sent my employee to get my meal and they forgot half my order and can’t get ahold of anyone and never fixed the first problem even though I messaged customer service might be time to stop giving subway my money horrible way to treat your customers.
