  Ladies working the late afternoon have an attitude as soon as you walk in. Music playing is sexually explicit and has cuss words. This place is not family friendly.

  I made an online order at 7 PM using a gift card and a discount promotional code and made the order for an 8 PM pick up. Then when I arrived at 8 PM they told me that they didn’t have anything under my name and that we never made an order. I checked and sure enough I had placed an order and the amount had been taken out of my bank account. For some reason, they canceled the order and said they could not fulfill it, but I asked them why and they told me they did not do that and it canceled out my gift card and promotional code out and made me lose out on $30. They were not willing to work with me even though I had receipts and proof they just told me to order again except this time my $30 was gone. They were not accommodating at all. We drove a half an hour to get dinner only to be told no with no resolution or help at all. I wish I would’ve ordered from Stow. They never would’ve done this. Very disappointed.
