  Ordered here twice this month and they give you the smallest amount of meat possible on the sub. I ordered a turkey with light mayo, and they gave me the smallest amount of turkey and the entire sub was drenched with mayo. I honestly think they do it on purpose because I only leave a 5% tip. Same thing happened to me two weeks ago, I ordered a chicken with light jalapenos, very little chicken and completely covered jalapenos more than any other topping. Unless you're tipping 30%, don't expect your sub to be made right.

  Subway stole money from me a week ago and nobody will help. I placed an order online, it froze when I hit submit and it went back to the beginning of the cart but it charged my card. No confirmation email and the subway couldn't see my order. They gave me a phone number thats for employees to get tech support. There's no number to call. Just a chatbot online and the chat bot says someone will email me. It's been A WEEK. I reached out on twitter and they said to talk to the chat bot. I went into the store and the employee was so sweet she offered to buy me a sandwich with her own money. I couldn't accept that. That would be subway stealing from her instead of stealing from me What sucked is this happened the day before payday and I'm staying in a motel. They took my last 8 bucks so I didn't get to eat that day. The fact that there's no customer service and subway can just STEAL money from people and there's no recourse is so wrong.
