This review will be for both Wingstop and DoorDash:
We ordered Wingstop to be delivered by DoorDash. When the order was delivered we noted that over half of it appeared to be missing. We contacted WingStop and the manager verified that all bags (3 total) were provided to the dasher ("Talia"). We reviewed our security footage of the delivery which confirmed a man delivering two bags, not three. We attempted to contact the dasher with zero response. I reached out to DoorDash customer service who advised that since WingStop processed the payment, they would have to refund us for the order. We spoke with WingStop customer service and they indicated that someone would contact us within 96hrs to facilitate a resolution. It is now past this time frame with no contact. This is incredibly frustrating as we are forced to tip up-front and based on the prevailing evidence, this individual stole our food. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. We contacted DoorDash and they indicated we would have to reach out to WingStop for a refund since we initially processed the order through them. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, DoorDash again referred us to Wingstop for the refund. We filed a complaint against Wingstop and despite being contacted twice by the BBB, it remains unanswered. Never again, thieves.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a wingstop. I ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes after I got there. Then they dropped the fry scooper on the floor and picked it up and then proceeded to scoop my fries. It wasn't until I said something that they dropped new fries for me. And then there was no apology for my wait and a bunch of excuses made. Just terrible. I will never order from them again.

Every time I order on the app here there’s some form of error with my order and they never take accountability or refund me. It’s always DoorDash’s fault. I ordered on the Wingstop app and I had missing food. I drove up there and was denied a refund or commission because they blame the delivery on not knowing what’s inside a brown SEALED BAG!!!!!
