  Avoid this location. After paying UPS online to redirect my package, the store tried to force an extra $5 "handling fee" at pickup that was never disclosed. UPS customer service confirmed over the phone that no extra fee was owed, but the store employee still refused to cooperate—even after speaking directly with the UPS representative. It took threatening legal action to finally get my property. Save yourself the hassle and time; go to a different UPS Access Point.

  DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON! I’ve been picking up packages from this location for years. Then out of nowhere, they start charging me $5 to pick a package up from them. I ask why this happened all of a sudden and they give me this song and dance, which made no sense. UPS has been the worst and most expensive of any shipping carrier. And now they’re robbing you for money out of nowhere. And can’t even show me why all of a sudden they’re charging for that. They said unless you have a subscription. Stay away!! If they aren’t damaging your package and then not taking accountability, they are stealing money from you without any way to show why.

  It's always disappointing when you have an Amazon return can you take it in there and it doesn't have tape on it. They look at you and say we have to charge you for take..... First off and your shipping company. I get things cost money but come on. They charged me $2 to tape up my what they call large box (12"x12") So just an FYI if you got a return make sure you tape the box.

  I’ve used this UPS Store for both shipping packages and notary services, and I’ve had a great experience each time. The staff has been helpful, efficient, and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference when I’m trying to get business or personal errands handled quickly. I really appreciate having a reliable local place where I can ship items, take care of documents, and know things will be handled professionally. Definitely a convenient and dependable stop.
