  Soniya at Cricket Stow is wonderful. Great with people. We upgraded to a new phone and she helped me transfer all the data from my old phone. One observation: when you call the store and no one can pick up the phone, it just hangs up on you. Would recommend you install an answering message.

  I had a really great experience at Cricket in Stow. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient while answering all of my questions. They took the time to explain different plans, phone options, and pricing clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was how professional and helpful everyone was. They genuinely cared about making sure I got the best option for my needs rather than just trying to sell something. The process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, and they made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend Cricket in Stow to anyone looking for reliable service, helpful staff, and an overall great experience. I will definitely return in the future!!!

  I couldn’t express in words how grateful for the service I got there. They treated me so good I was more than grateful that I stepped in the store. They told me that the store was under new management and are working to improve their customer base and I am sure they will do it very soon because they help customers in such a friendly space….I absolutely loved the customer service and the deals I got there.
