  Staff at this UPS store in Steubenville, Ohio were very helpful with our returns. John(?)- not sure if I remember it right- recommended repackaging so items won’t get mixed with bigger items and get squashed and taught u how to get a refund for it! In and out fast.

  I had a very large package to send today and unfortunately had to use a box a little to big. Chris the manger at the stuebenville store was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

  John was the best! He was so kind and patient. You have yourselves a top notch employee ! P.S. I read the other reviews and I had the SAME experience concerning the “push” to use the self serve. ( I’m guessing by the same person!)

  Went to UPS to send return a product I had ordered from HSN. The manager explained that I put the wrong return sticker on the box. Went back Monday and the manager remembered that I had come in Sunday. An employee named John (I hope I remember the correct name) waited on me and I was quickly taken care of. He was very polite, ty
