  Ordered online and waited until it said my sub was ready to go pick it up. When I got there, they hadn’t even started it yet. There was one family that just got there at the same time as me. I waited by the cash register as they made the other subs before mine. Waited an extra 15 minutes from the time it said it was ready. The girl who made my sub didn’t wear gloves either.

  Ordered and was delivered by door dash. Ordered 2 different subs with a good bit of veggies. Got the same 2 subs with the same thing on both... only tomato and black olives. It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist or is such a tough job. It Sucked!

  I went in to get 2 footlong sandwiches, which i ordered online. There was no one in line when I got there, they hadn't started my order and it took them over 20 minutes. Others walked in and ended up getting their orders before I did, which consisted of about the same amount that I ordered. I did let them know I was there for my order when I walked in and the two teenage boys said they were working on it now. The store itself was also pretty dirty, wrappers on the floor and crushed chips. My food was good, I like sub sandwiches, I just didnt see why an empty store took 20 minutes to make 2 foot longs which i pre-ordered 10 minutes before i even got there.

  Horrible service I sat there for an hour, waiting on my mobile order while the employee took people walking in’s order before finishing mine
