  WHEN I WENT IN TO THE SPRINGFIELD OHIO STORE I WAS VERY CONFUSED ON HOW TO SHIP MY PACKAGE AND THE LADIE WHO HELPED ME EMPLOYEE #381342 WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND SHE WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP NOT ONLY TO HELP ME THAT DAY BUT SHE MADE IT EASIER FOR ME TO COME BACK AND THATS THE NECESSARY EMPLOYEE NEEDED THAT MAKES THE COSTOMER FEEL GOOD AND AT EASE SO THAT THE NEXT TIME I CHOOSE UPS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY ILL PASS ON TO EVERYONE ELSE HOW EASY THAT WAS AND THATS WHAT AN ULTIMATE EMPLOYEE DOES..GOD BLESS.   The young lady at the counter, Alison was so very accommodating, friendly and information packed. She makes executing on a return a lot more pleasant than would be usually. Hers is a skill that is very hard to find after 2020, if you know what I mean. Nobody wants to work or seems to care about their work. Alison stands high on her customer service mission!!

  Arionna is absolutely fantastic! I recently visited the UPS store in Springfield, Ohio, and was blown away by her professionalism and warmth. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, Arionna took the time to make sure my shipment was handled perfectly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had a smile that instantly put me at ease. It's rare to find someone who cares so deeply about doing a great job, and she truly made my day. If you need to ship anything, I highly recommend stopping by to see her. She is the heart of that store! Keep shining, Arionna, your kindness and hard work do not go unnoticed. You are amazing!
