  This location processes an excessive amount of Amazon returns, so don't expect any kind of small talk or pleasantries. They have to be very short and quick, otherwise the waiting line will build up very quickly. I've never had a bad experience here, nor am I looking for over the top customer service. They do their job well, it's effective and efficient.

  Go here for ALL your Amazon returns! Efficient customer service. The employees know what they are doing, so the process of utilizing the stores services is quick and makes it great!

  The store is in a great location it’s bright, neat, and clean. Employees are always patient and welcoming treating each customer with care even when customers are impatient. Everything is displayed well and within reach. All in all it’s nice to do business there.

  The store was clean and well staffed , employee Lisa was a very big help with shipping label I haven’t had to do before , helped me get printed and explained how to attach and mail , made the visit very nice , recommend this store and Lisa to anyone needing help with anything in the store , thank you Lisa

  I had a load of Amazon returns and each had to be done separately. It was a tedious task and the employees could have easily been annoyed, but they were the total opposite. Very helpful and pleasant. They made a nuisance task much easier.
