  Terrible since new owner took over and replaced all employees with untrained limited speaking staff that do not even understand basics of reading to go delivery orders and following thru. Picked up 2 sandwiches Mon July 6 ordered online. Got home made totally wrong. Left things off totally skimped on things where instructions indicated more not toasted just totally 2 major failures. Tried calling staff just plays on not understanding English. So emailed corporate customer service same day now 4 days later not a single reply from them or this new franchise owner. Have lodged official complaints with BBB but earning to all don't order online they can't read English and follow instructions. These are the lications that are owned by new owners inuding the one in Springfield and pretty sure Enon also not sure how many owners.

  New owners are fantastic. They make the subs exactly as ordered. The store is clean, staff is friendly, couldn't ask for a better subway. Thanks for the hard work!

  Their experience I had here was great, I’m from Chicago Illinois when I stopped to get gas I also stopped at Subway here on South limestone in Springfield, Ohio. The people were friendly and very respectful.
