I’m gonna be honest I visited this location multiple times .. The first time I was, there was not a good experience..
The lady that was making a sandwich was gossiping to the other worker about so-and-so getting there behind whooped, I end up ordering four foot-long subs and a some cookies came to $68 She did inform me they do not accept coupons there.. I didn’t think it was that bad .. But I didn’t like the fact that a couple of the woman’s appearance looked as if they haven’t showered for a few days. The one girl when she was wearing her gloves Before she started making our sandwich, she was touching everything and . I mean, she touched her ear she repositioned her hair and a hair tie, She was picking stuff up off the floor throw it away you know.. I asked her if she can put on a new pair of gloves before she started on my subs ( She honestly wasn’t about to do it on her own ) But she was very nice she complied.. But to hear them talk about so much drama shouldn’t be at work .. I have been there since then and it’s been a good experience.

Ordered two boxes of cookies on the subway app paid on app went to pick up order said they only had one box of cookies and would not refund me for the box they didn't have

literally just left , the older lady was extremely rude , when i asked for extra ranch she sighed and put her hand ups and basically said no, when i said id pay for it she put a small line extra on, she put almost no ranch on my gfs sub because the bottle was running low, continued with an attitude from the jump of ordering , when i asked for ranch to be put on last she again sighed and said thats not how they're supposed to do it , i responded that id be eating it in a joking manner and she just stayed rude . the other women was on her phone the entire time and didn't change gloves while touching our food. this isn't the first time the older lady has been skimpy and rude the entire service . i'm not one to complain and i understand food service sucks but each time her attitude has been uncalled for and ruined the point of a custom built sub

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your Subway location. My group and I arrived approximately 20 minutes before the posted closing time, only to be told that the store was already closed.
We understand that employees need time to clean and prepare for closing, but turning customers away well before the advertised closing time is misleading and inconvenient. If the store is no longer serving customers at that point, the hours posted should reflect that.
We made the effort to come in before closing and expected service during that time. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service.
I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers don’t run into the same situation.
