  One of the workers were rude to us when we walked in and told them our order to which was already late but they hadn't started…? It was me and my fiancée and one other customer.. not a lot of people at all.. Well that aside a haitian male came in to order and was confused and said pick up they both got confused and the subway employee started raising her voice at the guy and getting rude with him the other female employee told her he was here to make an order and she kept getting rude and saying “well he said pick up so.. well he said pick up”.. it seemed very uncalled for and discriminatory.. i would like to report that. 07/12/26 happened at 1:13 i would review your footage and see that situation for yourself…

  I’m gonna be honest I visited this location multiple times .. The first time I was, there was not a good experience.. The lady that was making a sandwich was gossiping to the other worker about so-and-so getting there behind whooped, I end up ordering four foot-long subs and a some cookies came to $68 She did inform me they do not accept coupons there.. I didn’t think it was that bad .. But I didn’t like the fact that a couple of the woman’s appearance looked as if they haven’t showered for a few days. The one girl when she was wearing her gloves Before she started making our sandwich, she was touching everything and . I mean, she touched her ear she repositioned her hair and a hair tie, She was picking stuff up off the floor throw it away you know.. I asked her if she can put on a new pair of gloves before she started on my subs ( She honestly wasn’t about to do it on her own ) But she was very nice she complied.. But to hear them talk about so much drama shouldn’t be at work .. I have been there since then and it’s been a good experience.

  Ordered two boxes of cookies on the subway app paid on app went to pick up order said they only had one box of cookies and would not refund me for the box they didn't have
