  I will not visit this location again. I will also be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint. I was there Monday at 4:33 pm, and got 2 subs. My total was $24.88. The cashier verbally told me my total. When I looked down to get my card, she added a tip. She didn't tell me or ask me, she just added it. She also didn't tell me my new total with the tip. I only tapped my card to pay, and I added nothing to my total. I didn't realize until my next purchase was DECLINED because she put me over my limit. The subs were for my kids, and I was paying with their child support card. I called that evening. I was laughed at. I called yesterday again, and was told to take it up with corp. So, that's what I will do after I leave my reviews. That was beyond wrong, and unprofessional. ETA:Her attitude from start to finish is the reason she wasn't tipped by me to begin with.

  Yes I understand places have a closing time and a time when they start doing their closing. But I have never been so disappointed in subway then I was tonight. Yes we came in at 930 and got 4 footlongs but the way the employees acted was really really uncalled for. One of the girls told me I couldn't use my coupons or anything from the app. But when I paid it took my coupons off. And I wasn't asked about drinks or chips or cookies and I had a 6yr old with me!! They didn't have all of the bread we wanted and didn't have all of the vegetables out so needless to say we didn't get what we wanted we had to settle and with it being so late we didn't have time to drive to another one.
