  Abigail and her team make this SO easy. I own a small business and time is always an issue for me and here I can get in and out easily. That means the world to me and I wish every center was like the one in Springboro, Ohio.

  Was there and the UPS pick up guy was there and they wouldn’t take my packages They were all pre-labeled and everything.

  Had to drop off an Amazon return. There was a new guy that just started, very friendly and helpful.

  This store is always awesome! Fast efficient and helpful. We have done everything here: shipping, returns, printing, scanning, passport photos, you name it. Thanks for all your hard work.

  I can not say enough good things about the UPS Store in Springboro. I wish there were 10 stars! Deb and her team are absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Even during the remodel, they continued to give 100% exceptional customer service. The store's remodel looks wonderful: a fresh new look with the same smiling faces that I look forward to seeing each time I stop in.
