  This UPS location is always fast and friendly. Last time I was in, sending back two of the same items to Amazon, the owner reminded me I'll prob have a second QR code to scan. Saved me the hassle of not getting a refund or having to call Amazon. Highly recommend this location

  This is the only ups store I will go to because it’s the best customer service. The employees are always so sweet and the manager Deb is the best . She’s always smiling and sweet. You can tell she really enjoys her job. Makes my day to see her sweet face.

  This location is excellent. I've been in to have pictures printed, legal documents notarized, Amazon returns, etc. Everyone is friendly and helpful, never had to ask for help. If there is a line at lunchtime, don't walk out, these folks are super-efficient, never waited more than 3 minutes, and if I did have to wait, it's because whoever was in front of me wasn't fully prepared. Store manager is very nice, polite, knows her stuff. Also, this location loves chocolate, so I try and bring them a small bag every other visit. No nuts in the chocolate as I believe one of the employees has an allergy.
