  It's a long wait for food

  We ordered at 8:52, the food was supposed to be done at 9:17, it is now 9:52 and we are still waiting. It would have been faster to go to an actual restaurant or drove to the one in Mentor and made it back in less time.

  Very busy but very dirty in side the location. It took about an hour to get the food from being prepared.

  We stopped in tonight for dinner, and man, were they busy! The lady who is always at the front taking orders, Darlene—we think that’s her name because that’s what it says on our receipt—was handling everything by herself. She was cashing people out, taking orders, and handing orders to customers, all while staying on top of everything. The kitchen staff was super busy too, but our food was delicious! We ate our dinner in the restaurant and witnessed a rude customer cussing out the cashier. Despite that, she remained professional and just kept working like nothing had happened. She definitely deserves a raise! Sometimes we have to wait a little longer for our food, but it’s always worth the wait. The food is consistently great, and the staff works hard. Definitely the best Wingstop around!
