  Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service! I had an exceptional experience at Advance Auto Parts, and I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Ben! His customer service is outstanding, his communication skills are incredible, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the items I needed for my car. He took the time to explain things clearly and even gave me helpful advice about what I needed to do to stay safe on the road. Ben is honestly one of the best customer service representatives I’ve encountered in a very long time. I’ve generally been an AutoZone customer, but after this experience, I will definitely be switching to Advance Auto Parts because of Ben! Ben deserves a raise AND a nice, long paid vacation! 😂 Employees like him are truly an asset to a company. I also want to recognize the manager at the Mayfield Road location in South Euclid. He is an absolute stellar gentleman who clearly knows his business, runs a tight ship, and is equally knowledgeable and professional. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service. Advance Auto Parts, you have some exceptional people representing your company! Please recognize Ben and that manager for the incredible job they’re doing. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I walked in to pick up an online order and was greeted by pure negligence. The employee on duty was lounging on the countertop out of uniform completely oblivious to her surroundings someone could have emptied the register right in front of her and she wouldn’t have noticed. Entirely disinterested in performing the job she is paid to do. Zero situational awareness, zero customer service skills, and zero pride in her work. It is mind boggling that someone this profoundly useless is permitted to represent your business.

  Fui a esta tienda a buscar algunos rotores para mi Honda Accord 2019 y me recibió un buen caballero. Había otro hombre frente a mí, así que una mujer vino a ayudarme después de jugar en su teléfono tratando de esconderse en la parte de atrás. Entonces sentí que me estaban juzgando y discriminando porque mi inglés es muy roto. Luego tuvo una actitud y se negó a usar un traductor. Me sentí tan avergonzado. El caballero terminó ayudándome porque ella se fue después de frustrarse conmigo. Me ayudó a conseguir mis rotores y me dijo que su nombre era Samantha para que pudiera hacer un informe formal sobre ella. No recomiendo este lugar si el inglés no es tu primer idioma, dado que el caballero fue muy amable y la única razón por la que gasté dinero en esta empresa. Pero nunca volveré. La corporación necesita manejar esto antes de que suceda algo peor. Soy humano, solo Como tú. I went into this store to find some rotors for my 2019 honda accord and was greeted by a nice gentleman. There was another male in front of me so a female came to help me after just playing on her phone trying to hide in the back. I then felt like I was being judged and discriminated against because my english is very broken. She then had an attitude and refused to use a translator. i felt so embarrassed. The gentleman ended up helping me because she walked away after getting frustrated with me. he helped me get my rotors and told me her name was Samantha so i could make a formal report on her. I do not recommend this location if english isn’t your first language, granted the gentleman was very nice and the only reason why i spend money at this company I will never be returning corporation needs to handle this before something worse happens. I am human just like you.

  Tried to get them to run a diagnostic on a check engine light and they told me they lost the obd2 scanner, so if thats your reason for going there, head to the autozone down the street instead
